Terms & Condition

1) All bookings are tentative until a deposit has been received and cleared into our bank account.

2) A 30% deposit must be received no later than 10 days prior to your tour, unless otherwise negotiated.

3) If food has been arranged through Robyns Southern Spirit Tours as a part of your tour (not a restaurant booking), full food payment must be paid not less than three days prior to your booking to ensure your order is fulfilled.

4) 30 days notice is required for cancellation of your tour. Tours cancelled less than 30 days prior will forfeit the deposit.

5) Cancellations occuring less than 24 hours before the tour will incur an extra 10% charge plus any additional costs for food which has booked.

6) Food bookings cancelled less than three days prior to the tour will forfeit the full payment amount.
